一、基础要“牢”。

当前,新入队的小区保安安全意识较淡薄,安全知识匮乏。因此,基层骨干应大力组织新队员学习保安业务知识,让他们逐步增长安全常识,增强安全意识,不论安全情况如何改变,都要警钟长鸣,时刻不放松。否则,身处安全“漩涡”的小区保安 难免不发生意外。

一些分队位置偏僻,个别保安员对自身要求不严,和分队长“捉迷藏”、“打心理战”,私下里、暗地违规违纪。这时,就要求分队长对信息反应要灵敏,通过询问、观察、调查等多种手段,准确掌握队员的思想状态和异常举动,即使发现、制止、避免各类安全事故的发生。

有些分队长解决队伍安全问题时,方法过于简单、粗暴、武断。虽然用心良苦,但没有从根本上解决影响安全的实际问题,结果事与愿违,造成队员逆反心理,行动上我行我素,不听从指挥。对此,唯一的方法是标本兼治,运用科学教育方法手段的同时,力所能及地为队员解决工作、生活、家庭等方面的实际问题,动之以情,晓之以理,这样才能真正做到制度的落实,减少安全事故的发生。
